01 RECEPTIONIST – HANOI BIG BIKE DEPT.

► Responsibilities:

• Manage office equipment, stationary, water, facilities/building and maintenance issues;
• Monitor fixed asset, office equipment and tools;
• Issues CER and collect monthly expenses;
• Manage, track, arrange cleaning, driver, …. to ensure the office is always neat and clean and run smoothly;
• Monitor and keep service contracts in carefully;
• Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, hotel, and restaurant reservations for employee;
• Support HR to make procedures for new hire and advice policy, regulation;
• Maintain tidy and clean meeting rooms and announce the tea lady to prepare water, stationery if any;
• Support cashier works: Check payment, Create receipts on system;
• Support HR relating to check leave, overtime…;
• Perform other related duties as required.

► Requirements:

• Graduated from University;
• Have at least 1 year working experience at same position;
• Have excellent computing skills;
• Have strong communication skills;
• Attention on detail and disciplined;
• Customer oriented problem-solving skills;
• Understating of financial invoices.

►  Benefits:

• Working time: average 22 working days/ month 
• Time: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
• Location: Yamaha Town Long Bien – 158 Nguyen Van Cu, Long Bien, Hanoi
