SALES LEADER – BIG BIKE HỒ CHÍ MINH

► Responsibilities:
– Monitor all sales operations in the South.
– Supervise & Led the sales team to achieve the sales target as well as KPI
– Manage sales team to ensure their operation abides by SOP.
– Timely collect market information.
– Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed.
– Showroom management in terms of Stock, Layout, cleaning, working schedule…
– Sales forecast, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
– Responding to customer complaints.
– Perform other related duties as required.
► Requirements:
– 3-5 years of experience in retail motorcycle sales.
– Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
– Knowledge of motorcycle product and dealership operations
– Excellent customer service skills
– Professional proficiency in English
– A2 license
► Working condition:
– Working time: average 22 working days / month
– Time: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM.
– Location: Revzone Yamaha Motor Saigon –UOA Building, No 06 Tân Trào Street, Ward Tân Phú, District 7.
