01 LEGAL STAFF

► Responsibilities:

• Review contract and provide legal advices to various function departments
• Do legal procedures, obtain license for new projects and update company’s changes
• Draft/ check/ revise internal rules
• Supervise and enhance legal compliance, conduct legal training to employees
• Support/ be in charge of litigation cases
• Support manager in relevant matter as Internal Control and Risk Management
• Update new legal regulations
• Other works under direction of Legal Manager and in co-operation with other Legal Member

► Requirements:

• Graduated from university, major in Laws/business law preferable
• More than 5 years of relevant experience; Experiences working in FDI companies is a plus
• Compliance mindset & honest; Well organized and to be able to work under pressures
• Good command of English (Fluent in spoken and written English)
• Confident, Sociable personality
• Good communication & logical thinking
• Skillful in Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as work in team
