  • Manage and operate the recruitment team.
  • Searching and attracting candidates to meet the recruitment requirements on recruitment channels, forums, social networks,…
  • Cooperating with partners and related parties to evaluate and screen candidates
  1. Recruitment brand development
  • Planning and organizing recruitment branding activities of the recruitment team;
  • Updating information, creativing content to develop recruitment channels such as internal website, fanpage, email…;
  • Expanding recruitment channels, cooperating with educational institutions, job placement center to promote the recruitment brand and develop actively new recruitment method
  1. Develop recruitment members
  • Managing and coaching members of the recruitment team
  1. Other task
  • Conduct recruitment report
  • Control recruitment budget
  • Other assignment from HR Manager/Assistant Manager


  • Graduated from university, major Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ English/ …;
  • Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in recruitment;
  • Have headhunter experience is advance;
  • Fluency in English and office software (excel, word, power point);
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Careful, creative, progressive, able to work independently / in a team, be able to work in pressure.
