PART & SERVICE SUPERVISOR BIG BIKE HCM

► Responsibilities: Manage Yamaha Big Bike workshop

• Manage the internal service process, service product line up, service charge, price lists proposal.
• After sales promotion campaign development and monitoring.
• After Sales staff management
• Manage and control the internal incentive policy.
• Manage warranty claims, outstanding recall.
• Manage Pre-Delivery Inspections
• Manage mobile workshop.
• Manage after sales training.
• Manage and update workshop equipment and tools.
• Ensure the workshop is always clean and presentable to customers.
• Manage the service performance report, KPI monitoring.
• Manage customer database/ CRM.s
• Manage customer complaints related to technical issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with Marketing department for service product line up promoting.
• Expand the relationship with riders’ communities by participating in tours and events for riders.

 

   ► Requirements:

• Ability to work independently as well as work in a team. Experience at least 3 years in motorcycles field with A&A sales/development record.
• Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of A&A, the supply chain and logistics of operating a trade distribution system.
• Knowledge of vehicle legislation, automotive industry, and trade practices.
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
• Strong connection with A&A suppliers.
• Strong network relationship with big bike rider’s communities.
• Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
• Business related bachelor’s degree
• English advance level.
