01 EVENT SUPERVISOR- BIG BIKE

► Responsibilities:

• Develop event planning for whole year
• Define and set up goal, objective, direction and KPI for each event
• Brainstorm and implement event plant from start to finish according to theme, requirement target audience.
• Produce detail proposal for events
• Propose a budget for the event and handle paperwork
• Liaise and negotiate with different vendors and suppliers
• Manage and coordinate supplier and event logistic
• Supervise staffs and give them full briefing.
• Make sure that legal, insurance and safety obligation are followed
• Negotiate sponsorship deals
• Approve all aspects before event date and resolve any problems that can occur in meantime
• Conduct event feedback survey and create post-event report back to management

► Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relation, or Communication, from 25 Years old.
• At least 3 years proven experience as same role
• Having work experience in event agency is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Outstanding communication and negotiation
• Skilled in project management, time management, risk management
• Ability to coordinate with different vendors & find sponsor for the event
• Excellent in communication skills both written and verbal

►  Benefits:

• Working time: average 22 working days / month 
• Time: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM
• Location: Yamaha Big bike- Floor 02 UOA Building, No 06 Tân Trào Street, Ward Tân Phú, District 7, HCM.
