DETAILING EXPERT

► Responsibilities:

• Monitoring all detailing activities at Yamaha workshop
• Perform the detailing job including the demonstration and on the job training
• Setting up the detailing process.
• Monitor the target, team KPI and ensure the workshop revenue and profit base.
• Coordinate with all team in the services to achieve overall workshop goal
• Maintain the stock level of chemical and ensure the availability of all detailing devices, tools and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the detailing CSI.
• Build up and maintain good relationship with customers.
• Other task assigned by Service manager.

► Requirements:

• 03 years or more proven experience in detailing industry at the same role
• Detailing training certificate is a plus
• Management skills and training skills
• Strong passion and be able to inspire staffs.

►  Benefits:

• Working time: average 22 working days / month 
• Time: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM
