  • Handle 50% for Storeman:
  • Manage, arrange and organize warehouse according to regulations;
  • Process and track goods, sales orders, orders on the management system. Supply and inspect products according to each order;
  • Track purchase orders from suppliers, update and control the inventory of Parts, Accessories & Clothing;
  • Update the status of inventory in the warehouse, track the movement of goods;
  • Check, arrange the products on display, make sure the product display area is always in accordance with the prescribed standards;
  • Packing, preparing procedures, stamping, checking newly imported products;
  • Prepare orders, work with stakeholders, follow up orders;
  • Responsible for the management and periodic inventory of goods in the warehouse according to the company’s regulations;
  • Work with departments to arrange and fulfill the stock needs of Parts and Accessories when required.
  • Handle 50% for PCA Sales Consultant:
  • Customer Service;
  • Provide excellence customer service to all of the dealership’s customers;
  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner;
  • Develop and share knowledge of all PCA, parts history, and motorcycle service;
  • Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction;
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously;
  • Point out any additional products that may compliment the customer purchase;
  • Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service;
  • Make quotations, get customer approvals, place orders and follow up on orders;
  • Meet PCA revenue targets;
  • Consult customers on motorcycle customization and take their accessory orders;
  • Organize events and presentations to showcase new products;
  • Customize display motorcycles within approved budgets to showcase new products.



  • Graduated from College School or Higher;
  • At least 01 year of experience;
  • Good communication skill;
  • Ability to work on the system and the logical and scientific way of managing goods;
  • Have a sense of responsibility, and a sense of self-discipline;
  • English communication skill (Optional);
  • Having relevant knowledge about car parts and accessories is an advantage.
