01 SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE – BIG BIKE DEPT.
► Responsibilities:
- Receive customer’s payment by cash, check credit cards, vouchers;
- Check documents such deal sheet, quotation;
- Make sales contract for customer;
- Issue invoice on internal systems after receiving full payments;
- Manage sending motorcycles between showrooms and to customer locations;
- Update daily stock reports;
- Report stock weekly on time;
- Checking customer information to apply discount as our discount policy;
- Manage and keep document relating to bikes (Sales contract, invoice, delivery, customer’s information…);
- Work with Logistic Dept to update Bike delivery schedule;
- Support team at events upon request for extra support;
- Others if required.
► Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance;
- Be good at Microsoft office (Excel, Word, ..);
- Be good at both spoken and written English;
- Honest, Proactive, responsible, careful, independent & multi-task working under high pressure;
- Willing to work overtime to complete reports base on deadline.
► Benefits:
- Working time: average 22 working days / month
- Time: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
- Location: Yamaha Town Long Bien – 158 Nguyen Van Cu, Long Bien, Hanoi
