01 GENERAL ADMIN STAFF – BIG BIKE
► Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality assistance to all administration activities in Big Bike DO and Big Bike department including Bike Sales, PCA sales, Service and Marketing.
- Perform AR/AP role at Big Bike DO and closely coordinate with YMVN Accounting dept for reconcile activities, tracking and reporting.
- Provide “hands-on” support to departmental managers to ensure uniformity with regard to dealership hiring practices.
- Be Responsible to ensure that all personnel are properly introduced to all departments and activities throughout the dealership.
- Ensure that pay and incentive plans are structured to reward performance that supports dealership goals.
- Serve as liaison, between the dealership and the benefits company, regarding employee benefit package.
- Maintain central location for all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), job descriptions and organization charts.
- Explain the Employee Handbook, which outlines the policies, procedures and benefits available to employees and to provide a framework for employees to resolve employment situations in a fair and consistent manner.
- Maintain all required employment records in compliance with regulations and in a secure location
- Assist managers in handling conflicts between individuals and departments of the dealership
► Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in same position
- University graduated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management skills with the aptitude of meeting all targets
- Spoken and written fluently in English
- Computer literate in MS word, excel and other programs
- Self-motivated and resourceful with the proven ability to multi-task
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop processes for hiring, managing, and retaining quality people.
- Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, general e-mail and Internet usage.)
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal/ interpersonal.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality of appropriate information.
