01 ADMINISTRATION STAFF – BIG BIKE

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing invoice PCA, Internal cost
  • Reconcile between sales, VAT output in the CRM system (Sale force system)
  • Control cash, Bank & reconcile payment on CRM
  • Follow up with payment & Keep contract, record carefully
  • Tracking deposit of customer
  • Facility & asset management
  • Track gasoline usage by departments
  • Support works relating to HR (leave, OT…)
  • Making report revenue bikes, PCA, SE monthly
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1 years’ experience in the relevant role/ relevant business is prefer.
  • College’s Degree.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as a team player.

Benefits:

  • Working time: average 22 working days / month 
  • Time: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM

Revzone Yamaha Motor Saigon –UOA Building, No 06 Tân Trào Street, Ward Tân Phú, District 7, HCM city.
