01 ADMINISTRATION STAFF – BIG BIKE
► Responsibilities:
- Issuing invoice PCA, Internal cost
- Reconcile between sales, VAT output in the CRM system (Sale force system)
- Control cash, Bank & reconcile payment on CRM
- Follow up with payment & Keep contract, record carefully
- Tracking deposit of customer
- Facility & asset management
- Track gasoline usage by departments
- Support works relating to HR (leave, OT…)
- Making report revenue bikes, PCA, SE monthly
- Other duties as assigned
► Requirements:
- 1 years’ experience in the relevant role/ relevant business is prefer.
- College’s Degree.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work independently and as a team player.
► Benefits:
- Working time: average 22 working days / month
- Time: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM
