SERVICE – SPARE PART SUPERVISOR YAMAHA HỒ CHÍ MINH BRANCH

► Responsibilities:
– Manage the regional agent system, lead the team.
– After-sales support for Yamaha 3S/2S dealers (service & spare parts activities)
– Understand clearly the “5P” after-sales policy & request agents to implement it.
– Establish post-sales marketing strategy, grasp the market and anticipate the needs of each region.
– Training dealer staff
– Perform a number of other tasks as assigned by the Department Head
► Requirements:
– Graduated from University (preferably major in Engineering/Business/Commerce)
– Proficient in English communication & office information technology (Word, Excel, Power Point).
– Good teamwork skills & able to withstand high pressure at work.
– Have good health, hardworking, dynamic & high sense of responsibility.
► Working condition:
– Working time: average 22 working days / month
– Time: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM.
– Location: HCM Branch office , the 18th floor MB Building 259 Trần Hưng Đạo Street, Ward Cô Giang, District 1.
