01 ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTANT STAFF – BIG BIKE

► Responsibilities:

• Monthly Closing Tasks handling such as cash/bank reconciliation, sale analysis, commission calculation, e-invoice reporting.
• Promotion registration

• PSI preparation
• Facility & asset management   
• Handling all monthly tax-related reports and other taxes matters.
• Act as coordinator and work with functional teams to address their questions/concerns, propose solutions to ensure compliance with Company’s policies and procedures relating to tax and accounting.
• Working with collection team to finalize revenue accounts receivable on a timely basis.
• Review billing preparation process, reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of billings.
• Stock count, reconcile and explain for difference with others functional teams.
• Timely prepare tax invoice reports according to tax regulation.
• Reconcile between sales, VAT output in the CRM system (Sale force system).
• Build management reports in the system.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties to support Big Bike Business.
• Other tasks as assigned by Big Bike Manager.

► Requirements:

• 3-4-years’ experience in the relevant role/ relevant business is prefer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Must possess the ability to focus on details in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work independently and as a team player.
• Self-motivated, capable of driving changes and initiatives.
• Good team player who is hands-on, committed, responsible, and able to deliver assigned tasks with tight deadlines.
• Experienced in analysis data and working with numbers.
• Advance level of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in ERP is a must.
• Fluent in English.

• Working time: average 22 working days / month 
• Time: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM
• Location: Revzone Yamaha Motor Saigon –UOA Building, No 06 Tân Trào Street, Ward Tân Phú, District 7, HCM city.
