01 SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT – BIG BIKE DEPT.

► Responsibilities:

• Lead staff to advise and persuade customers to buy cars, use products and services;
• Training sales consultants;
• Monitor, supervise and motivate employees to complete departmental KPIs;
• Establish, maintain and develop relationships with customers;
• Executing foreign transactions, taking care of customers;
• Join related teams to organize events;
• Comply with company policies and regulations;
• Join tour, event with customers;
• Follow up and respond if customers call in an emergency;
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

► Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience;
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position;
• Strong negotiation/persuasion/customer care skills;
• Ability to establish relationships and solve situations well;
• Good knowledge in automotive industry, espcially big motorcycle;
• Have a spirit of teamwork, responsibility and a sense of self-discipline;
• Good English communication;
• Proficient in Microsoft office software and computer skills;
• A2 license is a plus.

• Working time: average 22 working days / month 
• Time: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
• Location: Yamaha Town Long Bien – 158 Nguyen Van Cu, Long Bien, Hanoi
