► Responsibilities:

• To support departments of the company in checking contracts
• To draft/ check/ revise internal rules based on instructions of Legal Manager/ Supervisors
• To implement legal training for employees in the company
• To audit compliance of Rules for Contract Management of the company
• To support/ be in charge of litigation cases
• To update new legal regulations
• To prepare dossiers for changing company business lines/ updating the company’s changes
• Other works as assigned by Legal Manager/ Supervisors

► Requirements:

• Graduated from university, major in Laws
• Good command of English (writing, speaking, listening and reading)
• Good communication, logical thinking
• Ability to work independently as well as work in team

►  Benefits:

• Working time: average 22 working days / month
• Time: 07:45 – 16:25
• Location: Yamaha Motor Việt Nam Factory – Khu CN Nội Bài, Quang Tiến, Sóc Sơn, HN.
