01 LEGAL STAFF

► Responsibilities:

• Review contract and provide legal advice to the departments;
• Do legal procedures, obtain license for new projects and update company’s changes
• Draft/ check/ revise internal rules
• Supervise and enhance legal compliance, conduct legal training to employees
• Support/ be in charge of litigation cases
• Update new legal regulations
• Other works under direction of Legal Manager and in co-operation with other Legal Members

► Requirements:

• Graduated from university, major in Laws
• Good command of English (Writing & Speaking)
• Skillful in Microsoft Office (Word & Powerpoint)
• Good communication, logical thinking
• Honest, well organized, able to work under pressures
• Ability to work independently as well as work in team
