01 ADVANCED TECHNICIAN – BIG BIKE DEPT.

► Responsibilities:

• Adjusts, repairs, or replaces damaged or malfunctioning vehicle parts in order to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operation of vehicle Re-directs calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required;
• Maintains and inspects parts and supplies inventory in assigned work area in order to ensure adequate stock to perform required vehicle repairs;
• Prepares and/or interprets service orders in order to identify work to be performed on vehicles by noting special codes and instructions prior to beginning equipment repair or installation;
• Road tests repaired vehicle to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operation by driving vehicle and checking performance through direct observation;
• Schedules repairs in order to return vehicles to service as soon as possible;
• Perform other related duties as required;
• May be required to travel to perform certain work functions;
• May be required to be on-call for emergencies.

► Requirements:

• College Diploma or equivalent;
• Technical degree in related field or motorcycle mechanics training;
• Motorcycle license A2;
• Current passport;
• Five (5) years of experience in the maintenance;
• Strong mechanical knowledge, ability – general and motorcycle specific;
• Competent in Microsoft Office;
• Native Vietnamese speaker;
• English conversation ability.

• Time: Ship 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Ship 2: 12:00 PM – 8:00PM
